Box ring muscle ups
Muscle up progressions
Power snatch to ovhs if needed.
If you are someone who struggles with ohs, do power snatches but use a pvc or empty bar to do the full motion. Yes thst means power snatch all the Rep, then do light pvc pipe or empty bar. If its not perfect, you need to scale.
We want to stress perfect reps not pushing weight.
