-Touch and go reps

– pick a weight that allows you to do 10 unbroken reps.

Split Jerk (10 min emom starting at 65%)

-Go till max but no fails. If you hit a PR then go down 5-10k for the rest of the emom.

-if you can hit that same number then do it but don’t fail
