Starting at 60%)

Build to a heavy power snatch in 10 minutes! Record your heaviest single of the day

Power Snatch Cycling (5 Rounds for weight)

10 Power Snatch@ 50-55%

8 Power Snatch @ 55-60%

6 Power Snatch @ 60-65%

4 Power Snatch @ 65-70%

2 Power Snatch @ 70-75%

-Rest 2-2:30 between sets-
*These will be cycled. Move up in weight each set and build to a heavy set of 2

TIPS:

As fatigue sets in…

Keep your breathing regular , and your limbs relatively loose .

Regrip at the top of your rep to save your forearms , or even take a quick breather before lowering the bar and proceeding to the next rep.

Floating Snatch Deadlift (Weight)

4×5 @ 100% Snatch 1RM
*On the eccentric, go down until JUST before the barbell touches the ground, but don’t let it touch! You’ll then move immediately into the next rep.
