**ideal rep scheme would be:

3 @ 60%

2 @ 70-75%

1 @ 80, 90, 100+%

Metcon (Time)

5 Sets (1 set every 4 minutes)

100 Double Unders

30 Push Ups

**Rx+ do 50 push ups and minimum unbroken reps in sets of 25

**Make this difficult! Shoot for unbroken jump rope and push ups!!!!
