Death by wall walk

Perform 1 wall walk to your appropriate height and then rest remaining time in the minute.

Two reps in the second min.

Three in the third min.

So on till you can no longer do reps in the minute.

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

6 min cap each round-

8 sand bag cleans @ 150/100#

32 ghd sit ups

8 sand bag cleans

-rest 3-5 min b/t sets-
